Chester and Betsy Kylstra

Chester and Betsy Kylstra* are the founders of Proclaiming His Word Ministries, the Healing House Network, and the RTF International Training Center (ITC). They are ordained by Christian International Network of Churches, founder Bishop Bill Hamon, and are members of the CI Board of Governors. Besides overseeing the Healing House Network and the International Training Center, they travel extensively bringing the RTF healing, deliverance and training to churches and saints everywhere. 

They have trained many teams with like heart and vision.  These teams are now ministering in their local churches and in the Healing House Network. Many of these teams will be contributing to the success of the ITC. 

They are excited to be entering this new phase in the development of the RTF ministry by establishing a permanent International Training Center to multiply the release of many more RTF teams into the local churches and Healing Houses.

The Restoring the Foundations Integrated Approach to Biblical Healing Ministry was revealed to Chester and Betsy Kylstra in 1985.  It has spread internationally since the early 1990s and is now found in a number of nations.

* Betsy has degrees in Counselor Education (MA, EdS). Chester has degrees in Mechanical (BS) and Nuclear Engineering (MS, PhD). They both earned their Masters Degrees in Theology at Liberty Bible College, Pensacola, Florida.
